"Bug Light" Lighthouse

"Bug Light" Lighthouse

There’s just something about Bug Light (Duxbury Pier Light)

Not sure if it’s the great preservation effort protecting it or the fact that I want to live in it….

I grew up relatively close and had never heard of it until recently.      Now it’s on my short list of preserved favorites….

They REALLY do an amazing job keeping the old girl (built in 1871) looking her best.

They have some events coming up.  Hopefully you’ll take the opportunity to throw money at them…
